Description
Design: DIN 8350 C. Made of special chrome steel, with a triangular hollow-profile blade with a concave grind and a clean, stove-enamelled surface. Maximum cutting ability thanks to a high blade hardness of 58-65 HRC over 1/3 of the blade length. With a curved, lacquered wooden handle that fits comfortably in the hand and features a pressed-in, seamless tubular steel ferrule.
