If you wish to return your order, you can use the form below. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt.
You will receive a response via email within 48 hours (weekdays) regarding the further procedure for the return.
Return shipping costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs; however, you can obtain a return label from us.
The costs for the return label are as follows:
- Austria: 4.95 EUR
- Germany: 9.90 EUR
- Italy: 14.95 EUR
The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Alternatively, you can send your order back to us at your own risk, ensuring sufficient postage is paid. You will receive the return address and the return label, which should be included in the package, by email after submitting the form.
To avoid unexpectedly higher shipping costs, we recommend using our return label for returns.
We will bear the return shipping costs for damaged and/or incorrect deliveries.
Returning items is also free of charge at any SCHMIDT'S branch.
