AGO Quart works on any solid surface. It is chlorine- and acid-free and non-harmful to the material. Typical applications for AZ:

It's best to apply the solution in dry weather. Rain should be avoided for at least eight hours after applying the algaecide. The algaecide works on a broad surface, so it cannot be used to remove algae in joints and cracks. Success depends on the severity of the algae infestation, but light verdigris is usually completely removed after 10-14 days.

The AGO Quart Green Growth Remover is a concentrate and lasts for 12-15 months . It thoroughly cleans and also prevents the re-growth of green growth such as lichen or algae in the garden. The best results are achieved when the area has been dry for a few days before spraying the green growth remover. The time of year plays a negligible role; only the outside temperature matters. The active ingredient needs to be absorbed for a few hours, so never spray with water afterward.

How do I apply the product correctly?
- Measure the required amount of AGO Quart® concentrate
- Pour the concentrate into a suitable pressure sprayer
- Fill the pressure sprayer with the correct amount of water
- Please ensure that the surface is completely dry and free of coarse impurities such as leaves, twigs, etc. before starting treatment.
- Spray the AGO Quart® solution evenly onto the surface using a pressure sprayer. The amount of product should be selected so that a coherent film of liquid can be seen when spraying.
- After applying the algae and lichen remover, the surface needs a drying phase of approximately 6-8 hours to bond with the sprayed material
