- The SPF rafter purlin anchors are used for tension anchoring of intersecting timbers
- Horizontal forces can also be absorbed - depending on the load, 2 or 4 purlin anchors are used per connection
- With 2 purlin anchors per connection, 2 left or 2 right connectors are required, as these should be arranged diagonally opposite each other to ensure central load distribution
- Transverse tensile stress on the timber must be taken into account and, if necessary, verified
