Description
- By installing this tool in the angle grinder, it becomes possible to easily process soft materials such as wood, plastic, rubber and similar materials through particle separation.
- Because of its design, it is possible to remove a larger volume of chips than with a grinding wheel or sandpaper.
- Installation and handling are very simple; the tool is mounted onto the angle grinder by clamping it onto its axis using the original clamping plate and the grinding nut of the grinder.
- The rotation of the tool on the grinding machine at speeds of 1,500 to 11,000 revolutions per minute achieves the kinematics required for cutting the materials.
- “ROTORASPEL” is made from 0.7 mm thick sheet steel and has been thermochemically treated.
- The size of the separated particle depends on the pressure of the tool on the machining surface and is limited by the size of the projection.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von diesem Mähkopf! Ich habe damit rund 400 m² Hanglage gemäht und zusätzlich eine ca. 30 Meter lange Hecke sauber freigeschnitten – und das alles immer noch mit dem ersten Satz Kunststoffmesser. Damit hätte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht gerechnet.
Der PolyCut arbeitet sauber, ist angenehm leicht und schont im Vergleich zu einem Fadenkopf Zeit und Nerven, weil kein Faden nachgestellt werden muss. Auch dichteres Gras und Unkraut meistert er problemlos. Die Kunststoffmesser zeigen trotz des Einsatzes an Hang und entlang der Hecke erstaunlich wenig Verschleiß.
Für mich hat sich der Kauf absolut gelohnt. Wer einen zuverlässigen, langlebigen und einfach zu handhabenden Mähkopf sucht, macht mit dem Stihl PolyCut 6-2 nichts falsch. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
