Ich wollte Blumenerde bestellen, die leichte, die 50% wenige wiegt.
Dafür wurde mir fast 2 Mal mehr berechnet, als die Blumenerde selbst gekostet hat. Das kenne ich so tatsächlich nicht, ich bestelle ja jedes Jahr Blumenerde. Aber sicher nicht bei Schmidt's!

Sehr geehrte Frau Lange,

Blumenerde ist aufgrund der Beschaffenheit nicht für die Lieferung mittels Paketdiensten (GLS,POST,...) geeignet. Dementsprechend muss diese Ware mit einer Spedition auf einer Europalette versendet werden. Da wir ein österreichischer Onlineshop sind, sind ländergrenzen-überschreitende Speditions-Lieferung (nach DE) mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Die Frachtkosten werden transparent im Warenkorb angezeigt, so hat jeder Kunde die Möglichkeit individuell zu entscheiden, ob eine Lieferung gewünscht ist. Zudem weißen wir unsere Frachtkosten unter Versandbedingungen aus.
