Description
- A forestry tape measure is necessary to cut tree trunks in the forest and is therefore an indispensable accessory for foresters and other forest workers
- It has a robust metal housing and a stable yet flexible metal band
- A characteristic feature of forestry measuring tapes is a small hook on the measuring tape; it is fixed to the front of the trunk in the wood or bark; the tape is either hooked or attached to the wood with light pressure in order to measure the desired length and then saw it off; afterwards, the hook is simply released again with a small tug
- Since the band has a spring, it rolls up automatically
- Thanks to a practical eyelet, it can be attached to your belt or tool belt
- The forestry tape measure has received the KWF-Profi test mark from the Board of Trustees for Forestry Work and Forestry Technology eV
